Founded by Carla Levitt, a mother to 5, writer, creator, and full-time liveaboard sailor, Good Soul Publishing was born from a life lived simply and intentionally. While living aboard a sailboat and traveling by sea with her family, Carla Levitt creates books inspired by place, connection, and the quiet beauty of everyday moments—cabins and coastlines, shared meals, slow mornings, and stories worth remembering.
Each title is designed to be both beautiful and practical—meant to be written in, returned to, and treasured over time. These are books created to grow richer with use, becoming keepsakes that hold not just words, but lived experience.
